Study On Social Work Intervention In Rehabilitation Training Of Autistic Children

In recent years,the incidence of children with autism is higher and higher,according to statistics,the number of people with autism autistic has reached over 10 million in China,with more than two million autistic children aged between 0 and 14 at present,the effective treatments have not been studies,the treatment of autistic people mainly takes an early intervention to relieve their symptoms.In this case,the children with autism rehabilitation training is particularly important,so,this study of autistic children rehabilitation training also are necessary.From the perspective of social work intervention to explore how to promote the development of autism rehabilitation training in this study.This study is based on the main research methods of literature research and interview and participation observation,from social learning theory,the theory of social support and advantage perspective theory,through describes the professional social work practice of social workers in exceptional children's rehabilitation institution in shenzhen,including the case social work and the group social work,analyzes and summarizes the dilemma encountered by social workers in the intervening process,then,to explore ways about how to solve these problems.According to the situation of social work service,this study analyzes the plights that social workers intervene the rehabilitation training process of autistic children,the dilemma is summed up in three aspects,the lack of the social worker's own professional ability,parent's bad attitude,the shortage and low professional level of special-education teachers.In view of the difficulties in the three aspects,We proposed the corresponding countermeasure:Fristly,social workers should make efforts to improve their professional knowledge and professional skills through self empowerment,to enhance their strength,and use results to obtain recognition of the outside world in view of the social workers their own problems;Secondly,for parents mentality,social workers can build autistic children parent support groups;Thirdly,the communitycreate a high tolerance for autism family community environment;aiming at the problem of special-education teacher,social workers classified training special-education teacher in order to improve their professional ability,in addition,social worker will call on the government to formulate policies to encourage the universities cultivate the special talents and improve the treatment of special teachers,thereby keeping or adding the special-education teachers.
