Teacher's lead-in is a vivid embodiment of teaching wisdom.through document retrieval,the research topics,such as lead-in function and process,lead-in methods and teaching wisdom's multiple features,lead-in's problem and factors affecting the formation of teaching wisdom are included.On the basis of these subjects analysis,the researcher summarizes the characteristics of study including teacher's lead-in and teaching wisdom,at the same time,does a depth explanation of the two research approaches.Under the guiding ideology of the combination of theory and practice,the researcher tries to combine the two research approaches,Which provides a new idea and perspective for this study.In this study,the theory of phenomenology pedagogy and heuristic teaching theory is the theoretical basis.Under the guidance of qualitative research methods,the researcher mainly used four methods to collect a lot of data,such as literature analysis,classroom observation,interviewing with teachers and students,physical analysis.Then,the researcher described the process of teacher's lead-in in detail.On this basis,the researcher summarized several kind of lead-in methods: direct lead-in,review lead-in,situation lead-in,conversation lead-in,story lead-in and explained the vivid and fresh teaching wisdom which was contained in the different teacher's lead-in.Although,teaching wisdom in the teacher's led-in could be full felt,some problems about teacher's led-in could not be ignored by us.These problems are as follows:teacher's lead-in methods are not rich enough,lead-in language is too simple or too lengthy,the handling of emergency situations is improper,reflecting that the teacher's teaching wisdom is still need to be improved and condensed.To find out the cause of the problem,the researcher seeks answer s from both objective and subjective aspects actively.In the end,as some solution to the problem,enriching and diversifying the method of led-in,increasing communication with other teachers,enhancing reflective awareness and action are mainly mentioned by the study.
