| As a special group in the transition period of our society,migrant children have been paid attention to and studied by scholars.The problem of peer communication has become an important dimension to explore the adaptation and integration of migrant children.This article takes the migrant children in the Y community of Liaocheng as the research object.Through in-depth interviews and observations in the early stage,it is found that the main problems of the migrant children in the peer communication are the low interpersonal evaluation ability,the weaker initiative of the peers,and the need for teamwork.Language and non-verbal skills are weak.In order to promote the improvement of the relationship between migrant children’s peers and the ability of peers to communicate with each other,the author selected 10 migrant children as the service targets according to the preliminary interview,observations and the principle of migrant children’s willingness,and assessed the needs of their peers.Secondly,based on the theory of social learning and the theory of my theory in the mirror,according to the needs of the team members to eliminate inferiority and enhance self-confidence,the theme of “self-awareness” and“friends you are awesome” was launched to help the team members discover their own advantages and shining point of others,has an objective understanding of themselves and others.Secondly,according to the needs of mastering interpersonal skills,the theme of “ social etiquette and everyone ” was launched.The group members watched the social etiquette video and performed scenario simulation on the basis of the members’ understanding of interpersonal knowledge and skills.Inspection and application.The third is to carry out the theme activity of “Being a friend with you” according to the initiative needs of peers,and provide the actual situation to test the initiative of team members.Fourthly,according to the need to improve teamwork ability,the theme of “team spirit blooms” was launched.Based on past activities,the group members’ collective awareness and teamwork ability were further strengthened to promote the improvement of migrant children’s peer relationship and help them adapt to urban life more quickly.Through the evaluation and analysis of the group’s activity process and results,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the relevant theory provides a theoretical basis for the practical process of migrant children’s peer communication,and second,the group work has a significant effect on improving the ability of migrant children’s peer communication.Third,workers It plays an important role in the practical process of the flow of children’s peers.Fourth,the game plays an irreplaceable role in the practical process of the flow of children’s peers;However,the details such as the involvement level of group work,service scheme design and activity sharing need to be further improved. |
