With the rapid development and popularization of network technology, the browser has become the most used software on the computer, being the main entrance of the Internet. At present, there are a lot of browsers on the market, but there is hardly an educational web browser for primary and secondary school users of. For primary school students, the existing browsers are excess of functionality and complicated interface, in the face of a browser, they often do not know how to start. For middle school students, although they have a certain knowledge reserves and comprehensive ability, but they are still easy to fall into the network information trail, cognitive overload and other difficulties. In addition, some browsers exist many issues, such as pages loaded for a long time, easy to collapse, suspended animation and so on, and their performance and robustness need to improve. Particularly, primary and secondary students also lack the ability to distinguish between right and wrong and consciously resist the erosion of bad information, the current flood of network information pollution problems may have a certain impact on their healthy growth.Regarding the above problems, a sufficient research on user demands is carried out. Combining the theory of learning and user experiences with the core mechanism of browsers, this paper designed and implemented a personalized, multi-functional browser oriented education, which is based on the CEF open source framework with the utilization of the WPF and JavaScript technologies. The main research work includes:1. Explore the research background of educational browser and the research status at home and abroad, and elaborate the development technologies used in the development of browser.2. Based on the educational theory and user experience, this paper discusses the influence of constructivist learning theory, learner characteristics, "cognitive-discovery"learning theory and user experience theory on the development of educational special browser, and apply the educational theory and user experience theory to the functional design and specific developments of the system.3. Based on the study of the existing educational browser function, this paper has completed the needs analysis and framework design of the educational browser,designs a personalized,meet the demands of primary and secondary school educational dedicated browser, and studies the key mechanism of the realization of the educational browser.4. According to the overall planning and design of the system, a detailed design and implementation has been completed from the following five modules: the basic function, the personalized navigation, the account management, the access control and the browser behavior record.Based on the deep study of the core mechanism of browser and CEF open source framework, this paper designs and implements a personalized, multi-functional,integrated learning and entertainment education browser for primary and secondary school students, which can meet the needs of their learning and entertainment needs,improve the learning environment and improve the learning efficiency.
