Teaching is a very complicated educational routine.Teachers must use a variety of teaching methods to fully mobilize the students to complete the various senses of teaching and learning interactive process in the process of teaching.In the new curriculum standards,promoting independent,cooperative and inquiry learning,letting students participate in teaching is the core of curriculum implementation,the main theme of the new curriculum reform is to cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability.There are many corresponding teaching patterns under these ideas.Under the new curriculum standards,my school implement the model of "successful classroom".Firstly,the domestic and foreign research status of this aspect and several typical classroom models were introduced in this paper.The two aspects of the "successful classroom" teaching model in terms of definition and target were introduced in this paper.The four main characteristics of "successful classroom" were introduced in this paper,that is,the whole character,the personality,the group and the success.The three important links of before class,in class and after class and the operation steps of each link were introduced in this paper.The teaching methods of the new curriculum,exercise class and experimental class in the link of in class were focused on in this paper.The emphasis of this paper is to study the effect of the successful classroom teaching model.It has been a few years since the school adopted the "successful classroom" model.First of all,investigating the school teachers and students attitude towards "successful classroom" teaching pattern from the perspective of teachers and students,thus indirectly reflect the effect of "successful classroom" teaching pattern,but the effect of the "successful classroom" model is not subjective.And there is no objective comparison of the effect of the new classroom model and the traditional classroom model.The effect of "successful classroom" and traditional classroom mode in new class,recitation,and experiment course were compared with experiments in this paper.In the same class,the class of "successful classroom" and the traditional classroom mode are used to teach the same content and they do the same exercises after class.Finally,the difference between the successful classroom teaching model and the traditional classroom teaching model is analyzed,and the causes of the difference are analyzed by the way of analyzing the data of the text and communicating with students.The effect of the "successful classroom" model is confirmed.At the same time,we also found that teachers are not exactly the same in the details in this model.In order to better evaluate the application of the "successful classroom" teaching model and help teachers reflect teaching situation on their own teaching,two teachers used the "successful classroom"mode to carry out the same content teaching in the same level of the two classes.After that,the quantitative table for the implementation of the "successful classroom" is formulated by comparing the teaching process and the effects of teaching and analyzing the data of the text.
