Ideological and moral education is the core content of socialist spiritual civilization and is an important part of school education. In the background of new curriculum reform, middle school students’ moral education is an important part of the ideological and political education in our country, and it can not be ignored in the socialist moral construction. The high school ideological and political course is a curriculum to carry out ideological and political education for high school students. Furthermore, it is the main channel of moral education in senior school. The moral resources contained in the ideological and political lesson in high school are the important basis and source of the moral education in the ideological and political course.This thesis regards the new curriculum reform as the background, teachers and students in high school as the studying object, five secondary schools in Guiyang City as the research sample. Besides, this thesis will analyze current high school political lesson in moral teaching situation and the existing problems according to the survey data. Combined with the moral education design and teaching experience in foreign high schools, this thesis explore the ways and countermeasures of effectiveness of moral education in the present high school political lesson.There are four parts included in this paper:In the first part, we will explore the general situation of moral education in our country’s high school before and after the new curriculum reform, and then compare the them.In the second part, problems existing in the current political lesson in high school moral education are analyzed through the survey data analysis. And the reasons for these problems are summarized in this part.In the third part, after investigation of foreign moral education in middle school design and teaching, this thesis summarize the experience and enlightenment,which can be applied into China’s political course in senior middle school moral education design and teaching. Thus we can better analyze the moral education effectiveness in China’s political lesson. In the fourth part, the series problems discovered by analyzing will be answered in this part. Combined with the current situation of high school moral education and foreign experience, this thesis put forward feasible approaches and countermeasures.
