Ability of Information technology application is one of the main ways of modern educational technology, the key is to improve teaching resources integration, processing, reasonable application. Our nation's education informatization and modernization to be fully covered, the difficulty lies in the agricultural and pastoral areas.This article based on "Teacher Information Technology Competency Standards for Primary and Secondary Schools (Trial)", use southern of Gansu middle school teachers information technology applications for the study, having studied through literature study, questionnaires, interviews and other methods. According to the relevant statistical data analysis and presentation of results of the survey, summarized the factors present situation of Gansu southern middle school teachers' information technology applications and information technology applications teachers existing factors and problems.
