A Case Study On The Application Of Electronic Teachers’ Packages In Primary School

In recent years,educational information has become an important strategic measure for the development of education in China.The reform of basic education curriculum is a development trend characterized by the integration of information technology and subject.The e-book bag is the rapid development in this background,as one of the most enthusiastic disciplines in the subject teaching reform,the school has introduced an e-book classroom,which plays an important role in the reform of the reform of primary school language and the new curriculum reform.In this study,we selected the teachers of G primary school in Yinchuan as a case study.We chose the qualitative research method with great flexibility and openness.We mainly use the methods of interview,classroom observation and literature analysis to study primary school language teachers The application of e-books,the study found that teachers in the application of e-books in the process of the existence of unfamiliar operation,organizational capacity is weak,lack of monitoring capacity and design capabilities,encountered sudden problems such as difficult to deal with these problems are mainly due to Teachers have low knowledge of their own information technology,teaching concept behind,the school information technology equipment is not complete,less training,and school support is not enough.In this regard,the author for these questions on the school and teachers themselves were related to the relevant measures,such as the school to update and improve the teaching equipment,create incentive mechanisms,the establishment of a lasting training program,teachers themselves to update teaching concepts,enhance classroom organization and monitoring capabilities,as well as the ability to implement evaluation.
