A Study On Construction Of "Genetics And Evolution" Module's Career Planning Education Kit And The Key Points Of Using

With the development of the society,all walks of life more and more high to the requirement of university graduates in our country,graduate employment more difficult,this rather than whether received systematic career planning education are closely related.For the implementation of the career planning education in our country at present stage,mainly in the university,however,this does not solve the fundamental problem.Consciousness of students' career planning should start before the college culture,lets the student before entering university,have certain professional orientation,and according to the plan of his career.High school students no matter physically or mentally mature gradually,which laid a foundation for their career planning.To understand the current our country to the status of the career planning education in high school biology curriculum,as well as the students' situation of career planning and demand,the author of some high school students do the questionnaire.Results show that high school students will consider his future career,but know information is extremely insufficient,they hope in high school do a planning for their future career,also hope to know how to plan.But so far there are few high school courses in career planning education alone,each subject teachers bear the career planning education responsibility,so is a biology teacher.But the career planning education in biological teaching resources are not rich,not a good implementation of the education.To make up for the inadequacy of the block,the author decided to build “career planning education kit”,as the biology teacher in the process of teaching career planning education provide teaching resources and the selective use of the resources can help the student to biology related profession has a preliminary understanding,and provide reference for the career planning.“Career planning education kit” in this article refers to the high school biology teachers toimplement career planning education in the collection of all kinds of teaching resources,based on the “genetic and evolutionary” module as an example.Including all kinds of education case and form,scale,high school biology teachers can choose different plan guides the student to understand related professional information,after using the form provided,such as scale helps students in career planning.This study focuses on the design of all kinds of cases,and to explain the final construction into toolbox use points.The education form of case will be divided into three kinds,respectively is classroom teaching,extracurricular activities and theme class meeting.Based on the analysis about career planning education in teaching material contents,depth analysis of the teaching material,mining career breakthrough point,in place to help students understand the relevant professional.Different schemes of design need to follow the design principle of each case specific classroom teaching from the teaching goal,teaching method,teaching media and teaching step four aspects to carry on the design;Extracurricular activities are divided into social activities and reading activities in two forms,the determination of activity of the implementation of the program is roughly divided into topics,team construction,planning,development,production,display and communication,the activity six reflection;Theme class meeting respectively from clear objectives,determine the theme,select the form,the meeting preparation,implementation process,reflection summarizes six aspects has carried on the design,and ultimately determine the activities and the writing style of class meeting.“Genetics and evolution” module content of the career planning education kit design principles including adaptive principle,the principle of personalized,diversified principle,scientific principle,the principle of generative toolbox of construction process is divided into certain design principles,content resources integration,writing style,the present case,provide planning scale and form five steps,three kinds of scheme according to the textbook chapter order,a total of 20 cases,after the case is related to scale and form,the entire toolkit in the form of loose-leaf text rendering.In order to ensure the teaching process,extracurricular activities and theme classmeeting can go smoothly,this paper also puts forward the various forms of case and key points for the use of all kinds of form,provide a reference for teachers' career planning education for students.
