College Students' self training needs to achieve self-learning,self training,self evaluation,self control based on ",and the realization of this goal requires the independent and scientific exercising ability(i.e.physical ability),therefore,this study proposes the following hypothesis: there is relationship between College Students' self training and sports ability is different the level of College Students' physical self training ability is different,and the differences in the physical ability structure dimensions show different characteristics.In this study,literature review,expert interviews,brainstorming,questionnaires and other methods to verify the research hypothesis,the results show that:1.Taiyuan ordinary college students the choice of sports is the most quickly followed by jogging,badminton,boys or girls,these two options are the highest,basketball,cycling,table tennis,fitness Qigong is more popular with the boys love,cycling,volleyball,aerobics,square dance is more popular with girls love.There are obvious differences between male and female in the choice of sports events.2.Taiyuan ordinary college students on their own physical condition is relatively important,the main reason for their exercise is to enhance physical fitness,improve health.Boys to improve technology,increase social,participate in competitive sports demand is higher than girls,while girls in weight loss shaping demand higher than boys.3.Love sports boys more than girls,mainly because students do not exercise is "lazy",most of the students have misunderstanding in terms of physical exercise,the boys want to learn more related knowledge of sports,girls tend to understand the health,fitness,fertilizer,shaping and other knowledge.4.The majority of ordinary college students in Taiyuan autonomous exercise level,low level of independent exercise of the least number of students,a high level of self exercise crowd accounted for 18.69%.Taiyuan college students' ability of independent exercise is generally higher than that of girls,and the level of independent exercise of female college students in Taiyuan needs to be strengthened.5.Differences in different levels of independent exercise Taiyuan City College Students' sports ability,high self training level of college students in all aspects of physical fitness and sports skills,sports consciousness,sports and sports appreciation are better than the independent exercise level of college students,and the independent exercise level of college students was better than low self exercise the level of College students.6.The level of physical ability structure of the ordinary college students in Taiyuan is different from that of the independent exercise level.7.Taiyuan City College Students in various dimensions of sports ability are reflected very significant gender differences,boys' sports ability was significantly higher than girls,and their physical ability level of the trend is the same.8.Physical ability and the level of independent exercise is closely linked,with the enhancement of physical ability,the level of independent exercise will be improved,there is a positive correlation between the two.Accordingly,thisstudy also proposed the following recommendations:1.Should develop sports teaching plan according to the difference of the different causes of college students exercise and exercise methods,increase the group of boys athletic programs(such as football and basketball)project and skills development(such as badminton,table tennis,fitness qigong),to increase the fat girls projects(such as shaping Aerobics,square dance,yoga,etc.).2.To improve the level of independent exercise of students need to strengthen students' sports ability,improve the ability of sports.3.To guide the knowledge,to promote students to improve the understanding of sports,according to the different needs of students to popularize the relevant sports knowledge,so that students on the basis of understanding exercise.4.Outstanding skills training,improve the ability to exercise is the main method to maintain the interest,but also the key to achieve independent exercise,based on skills to improve the exercise is good exercise.5.Emphasize the evaluation system,students are always concerned about their exercise behavior and exercise effect,in order to make exercise more targeted.6.To enhance the ability to adapt,to be able to move,need to move,do not look for excuses and excuses of exercise is good exercise,have a good ability to adapt to exercise in order to form a better exercise.7.To improve the level of scientific training,scientific exercise is the key to the development of self exercise and sustainable development,only to improve the level of scientific exercise,in order to truly achieve independent exercise.
