Talent training is an important part of establishing and improving the quality assurance system of continuing education.As an important part of lifelong learning system in our country,is committed to cultivate talents who are meet the needs of their own development and the requirements of the industry development.Continuing education in universities plays an important role in the development of the strategy of reinvigorating China through talents and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This thesis does the interdisciplinary research on the talents training of the continuing education in the universities from the perspective of ecology.On the basis of collecting a large number of references and statistics,the author analyzes the problems in talent training with the key point of the ecological theory and method,and then puts forwards the countermeasures of talent training in continuing education in the universities,hoping to have implications for solving these problems.On the basis of the analysis of the research background,the first part analyzes the purpose and significance of the research from the aspects of theory and practice,and analyzes the relevant research at home and abroad,and expounds the research ideas?research methods?the innovation of this article.The second part mainly explains the related concepts and theoretical basis of this study.This part makes a definition for Ecology?Continuing Education Ecology ? Continuing education talent training and Talents Training in Continuing Education in Universities from the Perspective of Ecology.This part also introduces the theory of human capital,ecological competition theory and sustainable development theory,which laid a theoretical foundation for the study of talent cultivation.The third part parses the cultivation of continuing education talents in universities from the angle of the ecology.In order to make the talent training be dynamic to adapt to the environment and achieve sustainabledevelopment,this part analyzes the economic,social and natural ecological factors that constitute the ecological environment of continuing education in universities from the perspective of ecosystem ecology,and studies the ecological principles of cultivating talents.The fourth part analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the continuing education talent training.In recent years,the operation mechanism of continuing education talent training has been become more and more perfect,and the content and form are gradually enriched.However,with the development of the market economy,the ecological environment of talent training has changed obviously,which makes the internal and external environment imbalance in the cultivation of talents.The problems of talent training such as the lag concept?the fuzzy goal?the rigid training system?the curing training process and the unsound training system are urged to be solved.The fifth part is guided by the theory of ecology,focusing on the problems existing in the talent training of continuing education in universities in our country.It puts forward the specific countermeasures from five aspects——the concept of talent cultivation?the talent training goal?the talent training system?the talent training process and the talent cultivation evaluation system——to adapt to the development of ecological environment and optimize the continuing education talent training ecosystem.
