With the progress of the society and the upgrade of industry structure,all walks of life develop rapidly which gradually increasing demand of talents and their quality.As a kind of sustainable education and an important component of China’s lifelong learning system,continuing education play an important role to create talent dividend and serve the social and economic development.However,at present,continuing education personnel training of our country lacks of scientific theory guidance in the training process,and there are many problems in continuing education.On the basis of consulting and analyzing a large number of literature and the theory of multiple intelligences,the author conducts a full research on continuing education personnel training.This study uses literature analysis method,comparative method and statistical method.Based on the analysis and discussion of the research background,this thesis analyses the purpose and significance of this study from aspects of theory and practice,makes a review of the relevant researches at home and abroad,acquires theoretical research situation of the current world about multiple intelligence and talent cultivation and illustrates the research route and innovation.On the basis of defining the concepts of this study,the author discusses self-development,the structure,the meaning and educational views of the multiple intelligences theory.the talent view,teaching view,curriculum view,teachers view and evaluation view of the theory of multiple intelligences have practical guiding function to continuing education training activities.Through the elaboration of education personnel training status in our country,the author analyses problems existing in continue education such as outdated schooling ideas,limited thinking,narrow training objectives,inclination to general education in cultivation process,curriculum contents divert from actual need,lacking of professional teachers and low training quality.On this basis of above analysis,this thesis does a detailed analysis of the theoretical basis of this study from aspects of necessity and feasibility.Theoretical research results ultimately will guide practice.On the basis of previous researches,the author deeply analyses research value of the multiple intelligences theory,focuses on present situation and the existing problems of continuing education personnel training in China.The author puts forward to some specific strategies of education personnel training in six aspects such as continuing education personnel training concept,training target,training support process,training courses,training teachers and training evaluation.
