Primary school education is the basis of the whole education. At the present, “love science” is one of the “five loves” cores for the country to primary school students' cultivation targets, the status of science course in primary schools improves obviously. The basic education in Guizhou falls behind around China, including that <Science> which was the core course before is neglected because it isn't listed in <Primary school student's academic proficiency tests>.“Science and technology is the strong base of the country and innovation is the soul of national progress.” A country to survive in the world need science, but the nation's future is the children. It is the duty of every scientist to cultivate students' scientific literacy from primary school so that they can use the scientific thinking from an early age to look at the world. This article selects science teachers from 43 state-run primary schools of Nanming District, Guiyang City as the survey respondent, by the questionnaire surveys of <Survey of current situation of implementing science course in the primary school> and <Survey of constructing chemistry experiments in science course in the primary school>, also combined with the interview, it analyzed the implementation situation of <Science>. At the present, the hardware support of the primary school science course in Nanming District is good, but there is short of science teachers and 2/3 people don't major in science, which make this course difficult to construct, this article selects parts of the chemistry contents of different grades from Jiangsu Education Press <Science> and combines with children's mental development features, on the basis of analyzing the course target, as for the teachers with different majors, it takes the relative teaching designs, which provides reference for the backward areas to construct the science course as the basic education.
