Private Higher Vocational College Students' Emergency Response Strategy

At present,many private college students have been plagued by unexpected events.A survey shows that about 3000 college students are not normal deaths each year.Frequent emergencies seriously affect the safety of students' lives and property.The emergency problem has become one of the main problems that restrict the development of Higher Vocational Colleges in our country.Strengthening the management of emergency response has become the top priority of the management of higher vocational colleges..In this paper,a college in Guangzhou as the main questionnaire and field research objects to collect first-hand information,by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data,the author analyzes the types of the emergency of the private higher vocational colleges.Then,I use the theory of psychology,sociology,public management and other disciplines to analyze the cause of the formation of emergencies,to explore the law of the occurrence of unexpected events in Higher Vocational colleges.In order to put the theory into practice,the paper finally puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the emergency response in higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of materials,I use the theory,combined with the actual situation,put forward countermeasures to deal with the students in vocational colleges.These countermeasures are: the basic principles of emergency management,emergency management leadership mechanism,the operation mechanism of emergency management and emergency management support system.Through the examination of typical cases and social background of emergency,the author discusses the law of unexpected events of private vocational college students,and puts forward a series of emergency management strategy.In theory,the research results of this paper further deepen the understanding of the private vocational college students' emergency.In practice,the emergency management strategy proposed in this paper can be used for reference by emergency management of relevant colleges.
