In recent years,our country attaches great importance to the development of vocational education,and constantly inject high energy for the development of Vocational education.Vocational education for our country to cast more "Great Country Craftsman",can promote the sustainable development of their own career,and constantly cultivate high-quality teachology and techniques talents.As a result,the demand for professional competence of teachers engaged in vocational education is also rising.The level of teachology and techniques of teachers directly affects the learning effect of the man learning skills.To promote the professional development of teachers in vocational education is imperative.And to observe the teacher’s classroom is an effective way to help teachers to raise their professional ability.By recognizing the virtuous cycle of Self-understanding,self-reflection and self-improvement,constantly improve the professional ability of teachers.The main course of vocational education is practical training courses,emphasizing learning by doing.Therefore,this study from the build model of practical training courses and practical training courses’ teaching observation,design and exploitation a set of teaching observation scheme suitable for the practical training courses,help engaged in vocational education teachers to promote teachology and techniques skills training ability.This research mainly uses the research method based on design.Through the literature and interview research methods to obtain the current situation of the development of practical training courses,and then combined with the structure of the curriculum to design the observation model,so as to expand the overall research.Analysis of the elements of the practical training courses,including training role,training process,training objectives,based on the three elements of practice teaching model is constructed.On this basis,combined with the data of the interview results,continue to build the teaching observation model of the practical training courses,to determine the role of the observer and the observation process.After further analysis,to determine the core dimensions of teaching observation of the practical training courses for teachers demonstration,safe operation,problem solving and the combination of theory and practice.After the two and three levels’ refinement of Each dimension,you can get a specific training behavior observation points.Based on the characteristics of the observation points and the structure of the training class,we have designed a number of observation scales for teaching observation of the practical training courses,including the teaching observation schedule,the fundamental observation scale and the scale of group cooperation.Finally,using the scale to carry on the spot observation of the vocational skill training(Advanced)course of the automobile experiment and training center.Through the detailed analysis and interpretation of the collected data,the practicability of the scale is proved.The lesson of the data analysis report,reproduce the key behaviors in training field,provide a guarantee for the reliability of data analysis.The establishment of this scale provides a tool for the observation of the teaching of practical courses,and helps the teachers who are engaged in vocational education to improve the professional development ability of teachology and techniques skills.
