In order to change the functions and meet the growing demand for public services,the government has been increasing the purchase of services in recent years,introducing professional social work into the process of social governance in the form of phased projects.As the implementation subject,the project implementation team,composed of project social workers,is responsible for planning the actual landing of the book,which directly affects the development of the project.Team dynamics study the interaction process between members of a team or external environment,and is committed to better development of the team.In view of this,this research project by the Ministry of civil affairs "three areas" as an example,review team planning,the formation of early,mid to late development of the whole process implementation and reflection the author involved in the project,research team encountered problems in the development process,put forward suggestions on the development of the implementation of the project team from the group dynamics point of view,to the team in social institutions to undertake the project after the establishment,management and development team to provide reference.This study reviewed the development process of the project implementation team,the team found two factors of internal and external environment,the implementation of the project team has a lot of problems in the process of development,mainly in the project of social structure is unreasonable,the lack of practical experience;social goals are not the same project,the participation degree difference;internal division of labor is not reasonable,existing problems leadership style;group decision-making tends to be conservative,objectives of the project is not perfect;group norms,there is a conflict between the relationship between "students" and "colleagues";organization management system is not perfect,the influence power of team development.The factors that affect the development of the project implementation team can be divided into team members,objectives,roles,decision-making process,rules and external environment,etc..For the implementation team to enhance the ability of social work project,this paper tries to put forward some suggestions: group dynamics team to implement the reasonable configuration of the project,improve the training and supervision system;participate in team objectives,increase member identity;reasonable member role orientation,clear responsibility and authority;team decision making exploration depth,provide more possibility for a service;team operation rules,reduce team conflict;create cooperation and competition environment,promote the project implementation team development.
