As a profession as well as a career,social work has developed for nearly a hundred years,therefore social work of western society has a high degree of identity.However,social work in China started in 1980 s,and the development history of social work is short.As a result,its social awareness and recognition are deficient.Most people don't know social work,not to mention related branches of social work such as enterprise social work.Because social work has not formed the system trust of the western society,it is not easy for social workers to establish the professional relationship with their clients.Due to the problems and difficulties about professional relationship for social workers are different,not only to deal with the general issues about establishing professional relationship such as the ethical dilemma of dual relationship,non voluntary service objects,but also to consider special contradiction about using different modes to carry out work.As a special field of social work,the enterprise social work is still in the exploratory stage and the work model has not formed a unified,it shows a diversity in practice and face the same predicament on establishing a professional relationship.The common mode is the use of internal positions,trade unions,non-profit organizations to carry out enterprise social work activities,the three models were facing the special contradiction of the professional relationship and the colleagues relationship,official discourse and folk recognition,employer and execution respectively.Enterprise managers and employees is the clients of enterprise social work to serve for enterprise workers.Firstly,when social workers enter into enterprises,it is necessary to obtain the administrators' support and establish a professional relationship with them,thereafter as the main service object,the employees can get better service.Enterprise social workers need to balance contradictions and conflicts between enterprises and employees,but they are controlled by the organization of work,so under the complicated situation,we can only promote the development of enterprise social work based on the actual situation of our country to make local professional relationship norms.This paper discusses how to establish a localized and situation relationship between socialworkers and managers of enterprises and employees through the expansion of human relations and job embedded into the two companies via internship.What's more,two business executives,five corporate social workers are interviewed by author,together with the author's practical experience to obtain relevant information.Claims based on the local reality and cultural tradition,using human relations and play professional advantages to solve the difficulties and problems of the professional relationship if social workers intend to establish various types of professional relations,actively explore the localization of professional relations.
