National Games Facility Resources Disposition And The University Coupling Research

In December 2015,Shaanxi Province was awarded the 14 th National Games,which made this province become the first one to undertake the National Games in Midwest China,and this also shows the achievement of the development of the Western region.The host of the National Games is bound to bring opportunities for the development of Shaanxi Province.The status of National Games is next only to Olympic Games in China,which makes it the object that all provinces and cities fight for.The Games involves many projects and the stadium is the carrier of undertaking the National Games,thus,Shaanxi Province is supposed to provide sufficient stadiums to undertake the National Games,which means venue construction is needed.In recent years,the government constructed many stadiums for the National Games and some high-ranking competitions,but due to the unreasonable planning and the protection after investing lots of money and those stadiums becoming the mark building,there is no service for the society and those venues are not functionally developed,which restricts their sustainable development.In the concept of holding sports economically,this paper will discuss the way to solve the problems about the venue construction and sustainable development of the National Games in Shaanxi Province.This paper mainly discusses from five parts,which respectively are the coupling theory research,the development of the National Games,the stadiums in colleges and universities of the 10 th,11th and 12 th National Games,the venue resource allocation and coupling evaluation analysis of colleges and universities as well as venue construction of National Games in Shaanxi Province.Using the literature material method,field survey method,comparative analysis method,interview method and mathematical statistics method,the paper applies coupling theory of the physics into the research.Based on mutual promotion and mutual influence of the two systems of coupling,and through the research of the operations management of 10 th,11th,12 th National Games after competition,the paper finds that the combination of the National Games venues and colleges and universities has significant effect on undertaking projects,the venue size,investment and post-game use,which provides the reference for the 14 th National Games.It puts forward the government-school co-construction mode,combining the theory of coupling,and optimizes in the aspect of cooperation will of the government-school co-construction,train of thought,principle and path.The paper analyzes the identity from the government and universities mainly from the venue–university co-construction,and the advantages colleges and universities have and the good social environment can better promote the mode of cooperation.With the principle of mutually constructing venues and universities,both sides cooperate with the principle of mutual benefit,resource sharing,venue sustainable development to realize their own idea and bring benefit to the development of social sports.On the path of joint development,stadiums and colleges should jointly participate in the venue construction,share facility maintenance,confirm the positioning of venues,and take improving the function of venues as the starting point to develop the function and realize the sustainable development of the venues.
