In recent years,the popularity of Chinese is gaining its popularity in Korea.For Middle school students,several publishers has released the Comprehensive Chinese textbook Daily life Chinese which features in its utility and close to our daily life.The biggest feature of the book is the part of “Huódòng” in the end of every unit.During my internship in Korea,the textbook I use,Daily life Chinese is published by Duo Le Yuan Press.With the colorful and vivid content,the activity part can help to enhance students' positivity and develop their sense in team cooperation,so as to reach the goal of letting students learning Chinese happily.Thus,it is of great significance for teachers to think about how to design the textbook activities,study the textbook activities and use it for different learners with the largest optimization during the process.In response to this issue,I chose the activities design in Daily life Chinese used by students in Seoul Hangang Middle School as the research object.With connecting the fundamental rules and some cases of activities applications in class,I evaluated the merit and deficiency of the activities.And the research found that the activity design in this book owns plenty of merits and fits the principles of activity design.Yet,disadvantages also lie in the book:the personal competing activities are not enough and the language skills covered in the textbook need to be more overall.Based on the statistic analysis,we found that the personal competing activities are the most successful ones yet the impersonal non-competing activities are not.I hope the thesis can provide some useful suggestions for Chinese teachers who use this textbook on activities application,and hope it can provide some aids for the editors on activities designing,and also provide the theory basis for other Korean Chinese textbooks.And,I also hope that Chinese teaching can develop better with the improvement of textbook editing.
