Under the background of the further reform of the examination system and the increasing role of the new media communication,the author deeply studies the evaluation of the teaching of "moral and the rule of law",and adjusts the existing evaluation ideas and strategies to meet the requirements of the development of the new curriculum reform.significance.Through research,we can explore a more reasonable,more quality education requirements of the evaluation concept.In the case of teachers,we can provide reference and reference for how to carry out the teaching evaluation of "moral and rule of law",change the traditional evaluation concept,establish the "development-oriented" evaluation concept,realize the teaching level and improve the teaching quality;Students,to carry out scientific and rational evaluation activities can be more comprehensive and objective detection of student learning situation,and guide students to use the moral,legal and psychological knowledge to solve the real problems encountered in life.Based on the purpose and function of the teaching evaluation of "moral and rule of law",this paper tries to sort out the educational documents and relevant research results in order to realize the reform of the curriculum of moral and rule of law in Yunnan Province.And then find out the problems and shortcomings,from the perspective of the concept of evaluation,to explore how to carry out moral and rule of law in the future teaching evaluation,and strive to improve and reform the teaching evaluation system out of a force.
