In order to promote the modernization of education,the new textbooks on compulsory education morality and rule of law have been used in the junior middle school of the autumn semester of 2016.The use of the new textbooks largely reflects the general direction and trend towards core literacy in the reform of moral education curriculum.In the reform of moral education curriculum,the problem of evaluation in teaching practice also needs further improvement and development.Evaluation is an important means to promote students' moral quality and the spirit of rule of law.The results of educational evaluation are not only the evaluation of students' ideological and moral status,but also the basic basis of teachers' teaching.With the development of the times,formative evaluation develops.The formative evaluation method,which takes students as the main body and pays attention to the combination of evaluation process and results,is an important evaluation method in modern education.On the basis of theoretical research,a large number of educators and teachers have carried out teaching practice on formative evaluation.From the practical application of teaching practice in primary and secondary schools,we can see that formative evaluation is an indispensable method to promote students' all-round development in modern education and teaching evaluation.At the same time,in the practical application of disciplines,formative evaluation plays different roles in different disciplines.At the same time,there are some limitations in practical application.In order to better promote the application of formative evaluation in the discipline of morality and rule of law,and to give full play to its advantages and avoid shortcomings,it is necessary to study the specific application of formative evaluation in the discipline of morality and rule of law.This paper takes formative evaluation as the theme,firstly combs therelevant theories and practices of formative evaluation at home and abroad through the collection and collation of relevant literature,which lays a theoretical foundation for this paper.Then,according to the connotation and theoretical basis of formative evaluation,it discusses the practical application of formative evaluation in the discipline of morality and rule of law.The application of formative evaluation in the discipline of morality and rule of law is mainly based on the curriculum standards of the discipline of morality and rule of law,the ability of teachers to evaluate the quality and the specific situation of students.On this basis,formative evaluation is designed.At the same time,in order to better play the role of formative evaluation,we need to master the practical application strategies.Firstly,we need to set up an effective evaluation scale,and secondly,in the evaluation process.We need to collate a large number of diverse evaluation evidence;finally,we need to make timely feedback correction in the evaluation process;understand the commonly used evaluation methods in the discipline of morality and rule of law,mainly including: daily behavior observation,self-reflection and growth records.In practical research,according to the application of formative evaluation in moral and rule of law in junior middle school,this paper makes a practical study on formative evaluation of seventh grade students in a middle school,taking the first lesson of Unit 1,Friendship and Growing Peers,the second volume of the seventh grade moral and rule of law textbook compiled by the Ministry as an example.In the evaluation preparation stage,the curriculum standards are studied,and the learning situation of the evaluation objects,the teaching objectives,the teaching content and the teaching process are analyzed respectively.The formative evaluation process is designed according to the overall analysis.In the implementation process,according to the formativeevaluation plan,interviews were conducted before class to understand the students' experience;observation and testing were carried out in class;group activities were carried out after class to evaluate teaching practice in the form of activities.In the process of evaluation,students are tested in real time and corrected in time.In the later stage of evaluation,students are summarized and rethought.According to the evaluation results and concrete implementation of formative evaluation in the practice of Friendship and Growing Peers in Grade 7,we can conclude that formative evaluation is more pertinent in the application of moral and rule of law disciplines,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and promoting the development of students' personality according to the evaluation;teachers can improve teaching in time and promote integration according to feedback in teaching.Physical education effect.However,in the application of formative assessment,teachers spend a lot of time and energy.In the process of formative assessment,the subjective factors of the evaluation subject influence the evaluation effect.In order to better play the role of formative evaluation in moral education in the discipline of morality and rule of law,firstly,we need to master the relevant scientific theory knowledge,based on theory;secondly,we need to study the core qualities of related disciplines,pay attention to the setting of real situations in teaching,and evaluate the comprehensive qualities of students;thirdly,we need to pay attention to the evaluation design of discipline literacy.The focus of formative assessment in different teaching forms is to improve the effect of Formative Assessment on the whole.
