Any teacher's growth is carried out in the process of constantly questioning and reflecting on the daily teaching experience,More and more examples also show that the level of teaching reflection and reflection of teachers directly determine the quality of teaching and the overall image of teachers,Therefore,the subject teaching reflection is one of the most important subjects for teachers.On the teaching reflection of middle school Chinese teachers,this paper attempts to start from the introduction of five chapters to conduct a preliminary study and discussion.The introduction describes the reasons for the relevant topics,Research status of teaching reflection at home and abroad,Research status of teaching reflection at home and abroad,On this basis,the author defines the concept of teaching reflection of middle school Chinese teachers.The first chapter of the thesis mainly states the five meanings of the teaching reflection of Chinese teachers in middle school,It helps in the growth of middle school students to build up the sound personality and healthy psychological quality,help teachers and students to establish a new relationship between equality and harmony,it is the effective way of middle school Chinese teachers for self promotion and professional development is to adapt to the Chinese curriculum characteristic and improve the internal demand and the present situation of Chinese teaching is the implementation of the "internal requirement the new Chinese curriculum standard";The second chapter mainly analyzes the influence of middle school Chinese teachers' teaching reflection of internal and external factors;the third chapter based on the introduction and the first and the two chapter focuses on the teaching reflection of middle school Chinese teachers of the content and the method,content of reflection in the preparation stage is mainly around the present middle school Chinese teaching in the "what is missing,teach what and how to teach" to put forward and carry out the;Reflection in the process of education is emphasized and make timely reflection of sudden events in class can not predict the content of classroom teaching;reflection after is the reflection of "how to teach,how to teach the next" problems;secondly,based on the analysis of teaching reflection andcomprehensive study of many scholars and front-line middle school Chinese teachers' written on,this chapter puts forward five ways of teaching reflection of middle school Chinese teachers;The fourth chapter is the reality of the situation in depth to the practice and teaching of middle school Chinese teachers survey and culture in the present middle school Chinese teachers' teaching reflection,and the current situation was analyzed;the last part is the fifth chapter,based on the perspective from the support and cooperation of countries school,and social point of view,put forward to promote the teaching and practice of Chinese teachers in middle school security system.
