Building a socialist harmonious society has become the theme of the times,the harmonious society is based on harmonious interpersonal relationships.Middle school students as an important part of social groups,but in recent years,the junior high school students' dormitory violence occur frequently,the dormitory interpersonal relationships to be widely concerned.Dormitory life is an important part of boarding students' life,and dormitory interpersonal relationship is also an important part of the interpersonal relationship.The author chooses a boarding junior high school students of Chengjiang County as the subjects,through the analysis of the present situation and the causes of dormitory interpersonal relationship.This paper uses narrative orientation group counseling program to carry on the intervention research,and puts some suggestions according to the conclusions,in order to contribute to the mental health education and development of junior middle school.This study is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,including the reasons for choosing the topic and the literature review.The second chapter is the research design.The third chapter is the analysis of the present situation of dormitory interpersonal relationship.In order to investigate the satisfaction degree of boarding students in dormitory and some demographic variables,and to analyze the causes.The fourth chapter is the study of the narrative group intervention in the dormitory interpersonal relationship of junior high school students in the boarding school.The fifth chapter is the summary,countermeasures and suggestions.According to the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The junior high boarding school dormitories' interpersonal relationship survey results:(1)overall situation: overall satisfaction is not high;(2)The junior middle school students interpersonal communication,interpersonal interaction,and making friends,the way of getting along with people in the dimensions of gender and grade have significant differences.;(3)Here is a significant correlation between junior high school students' self flexibility and friendship communication behavior;and betweenself stereotype and interpersonal relationship scores,conversation behavior disturbance,communicative behavior disturbance,by the way of getting along with people making friends there was a significant negative correlation.2.The intervention results of junior high boarding school dormitory interpersonal relationship :(1)The quantitative results: The control group and the experimental group in the dormitory interpersonal disturbance differences.(2)The result of the qualitative research: The feeling of the group counseling members after the end of the counseling has further proved that the intervention of the narrative oriented group counseling has a significant effect on the improvement of the dormitory interpersonal relationship;...
