Erickson has proposed that the development of adolescents is mainly about the establishment of identity disorder.In this period,adolescents begin to face choice and take responsibility.It is a crucial period of physical,psychological and social unity.They start through the comprehensive role of self.Form your own beliefs,goals,and values,and experience and feel your inner consistency and continuity in the present,past,and future time and space,as well as others' perceptions and awareness of their continuity or consistency.Junior high school students are in the middle stage of adolescent development.Compared with primary school students,their self-awareness is stronger,their dependence and acceptance on others are gradually decreasing,and their self-exploration investment is gradually increasing.Compared with high school students,they have more experience and time to explore.Group counseling is based on the actual psychological needs of members.Through a series of psychological games,members can deeply explore their inner qualities,so as to deeply understand self-recognition and emotions,and form a positive attitude and attitude in the process of self-reflection.In the process of narrative,individuals can use the concept and technology of narrative therapy to externalize,rewrite,deconstruct and enrich the problem in the process of interpersonal interaction within the group,so that individuals can discover new possibilities outside the problem story.Sexuality can ultimately construct the past,experience the present and look forward to the future.Therefore,according to the development characteristics of junior high school students' self-identity,they use the narrative orientation group counseling program to counsel the development of self-identity of junior high school students,which is in line with the needs of students' growth.Fully meet the needs of students to explore.Therefore,this study uses psychometric combined with narrative orientation group counseling activities to provide psychological counseling for first-year students who have a crisis of self-identity development.Three homogeneous classes were selected,which were divided into experimental class,control class 1 and control class 2.The self-identity questionnaire was distributed,and the effective recovery rate was 96.7%.117 participants were selected to participate in the study.According to the narrative treatment theory and the results of the questionnaire survey,we can understand the self-identity of the first-year students,design the narrative orientation group counseling program for the self-identity of junior high school students,adopt the design of the experimental group and the control group before and after,and give the narrative orientation group psychological counseling to the experimental class.The course of the implementation class is taught.The results of the study show that the narrative orientation group counseling has a significant effect on the self-investment of the self-identity of the junior high school students,the past crisis,and the desire for self-investment in the future.Instant counseling and time-delay counseling have good effects.The qualitative analysis also shows that narrative orientation group counseling can effectively improve the self-identity of junior high school students.The teaching attitude of narrative therapy is based on respect,curiosity and cherish.Students in such a group are more willing to reveal their true thoughts,and the group activities themselves have group cohesion,and students can more relaxed share in the group.Self,so combining the two is more conducive to the establishment and development of students' self-identity.Moreover,this group activity mainly emphasizes the subjective status of students.All activities are mainly carried out around the story of students' self-reporting,which is consistent with the psychological characteristics of today's junior high school students who are willing to express their opinions.Each of the students' narratives is new to themselves.The established life story is continuously strengthened.In this process,students get the support of others and provide positive support for others.In the process of changing other members,they will enhance themselves later.The courage and determination to overcome difficulties in similar problems,thus giving the whole group a sense of hope and promoting the integration of students' self-identity.Therefore,the counseling effect and consolidation effect of narrative orientation group counseling on the level of self-identity of junior high school students is better than that of classroom teaching.Therefore,narrative orientation group counseling can be applied as a method of middle school students' identity psychological counseling.
