The dormitory interpersonal relationship is very important for girls in Junior High School.Good dormitory interpersonal relationship can enhance their sense of happiness and belonging,and promote their healthy growth.In recent years,the vicious incidents of bullying,insulting,group beating and fighting among girls in Junior High School have been reported from time to time,which has attracted the attention of many people in the society.The author has worked in a boarding school for many years,and witnessed the bad consequences caused by the disharmony of dormitory interpersonal relationship of some girls in Junior High School.Therefore,the study of the dormitory interpersonal problems of girls in Junior High School,analysis of the reasons,and proposal of the improvement strategies,can help them master interpersonal communication skills and solve the difficulties encountered in interpersonal communication.At the same time,the research on the dormitory interpersonal relationship of girls in Junior High School can prevent the occurrence of campus malignant events due to the disharmonious interpersonal relationship in dormitories,thus promoting the campus harmony.In order to understand the current situation of the interpersonal relationship in the dormitories of girls in Junior High School,this study uses The Diagnostic Scale of Interpersonal Relationship in Dormitories adapted by Yang Rong to survey 200 girls in a middle school of Taishan City,and uses spss19.0 to analyze the datas.The results show that:(1)31.4% of Junior High School girls have different degrees of communication problems,among them,3.2% of Junior High School girls have serious and very serious interpersonal problems in dormitories;(2)there is no significant difference in the total score of the interpersonal relationship diagnosis scale between the only child and the left behind children,but there is significant difference in the grade of the girls and the different parenting styles of their parents;(3)There are significant differences in the dimensions of roommate support in the parenting style.There are extremely significant differences in family structure and parenting style in the dimensions of getting alone with people and dealing with things.There are significant differences in the parenting style in the dimensions of conversation,communication and making friends.Through in-depth interviews,this study found that the interpersonal relationship of girls of Junior High School in dormitories mainly has the following problems.The daily life contradictions,frictions and conflicts frequently occur.Dormitory members appear united outwardly but divided at heart.Behind the peaceful scenes constant frictions always happen between the girls.Small groups are formed among dormitory members to isolate individual members,and strong bullying phenomenon exists among dormitory members.According to the theory of interpersonal relationship and related research theories,and through the questionnaires and interviews,it is found that the influencing factors of interpersonal relationship of girls in the dormitory of Junior High School mainly include the personal factors of dormitory members,school education factors and family education factors,and these factors are not a single effect,but the effect of interaction.Based on the theories of interpersonal relationship,pedagogy,school management and so on,this study puts forward the following suggestions to improve the interpersonal relationship of girls in the dormitories of Junior High School.First of all,girls in Junior High School should improve their self-cultivation and develop good personality qualities.Second,schools should play a major part in the leading role and provide a good school education environment.Third,parents should play an important role in creating a good family education environment.Finally,the government and society should provide a strong guarantee for the healthy growth of teenagers.
