With the improvement of market economic system and labor market,labor mobility has become a popular social phenomenon.Rational and orderly labor mobility not only can promote the coordinated development of regional economy,relieve the burden of migrant workers,but also can increase income level of workers and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.Strengthening the research on factors which affect labor mobility and putting forward policies to promote labor stability and regulate labor mobility can better grasp the trend of labor flow,thus better adapting to the social and economic development of modern society.Based on this background,this paper mainly studies the factors that affect the liquidity of China's labor force,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations according to the conclusions.First of all,this paper sorts out the literature about the liquidity of work at home and abroad,and summarizes the factors that affect the liquidity of work.Secondly,using the CLDS micro data,the present situation of China's labor mobility is introduced from the overall and detailed data.Also the empirical statistical description is introduced on the basis of the sample data.Then,using the Kaplan-Meier method and Cox' s proportional hazard model,from the perspective of work duration,this paper empirically tests the impact factors of China's labor mobility.We choose 15 variables from personal characteristics,related factors of working,related factors of working unit and social factors respectively,using STATA software to make quantitative and mechanistic analysis,thus forming the final conclusion.From the conclusion,we can find that gender,educational level,job category,work pressure,income will have a significant impact on job duration,while the variables of household type,whether understanding foreign language or not,and the number of siblings have no significant impact.Furthermore,there are some empirical differences when we divide the sample data into sub regions and sub labor categories.Finally,according to the results of previous empirical analysis,we put forward some suggestions to improve the work stability and regulate labor flow scientifically.
