The level of construction of college teachers is not only related to the development of the school,but also directly determines the quality of higher education personnel training.However,due to the relatively late start of private universities in Yunnan Province,the mechanism is not perfect,attention to the construction of teachers is not enough,leading to Yunnan private college teachers team structure,teacher management mechanism,teacher training mechanism,teacher professional quality Aspects of the problem highlighted.Therefore,this topic has strong theoretical and practical significance for the construction of teachers' ranks in private universities in Yunnan Province.This paper takes the "status quo-problem-reason-experience reference and countermeasure" of the construction of the teachers 'team in private colleges in Yunnan province as the logical clue,and synthetically uses the literature method,the comparative method,the questionnaire method and the interview method to the teachers' The status of full-time teachers,the composition of full-time teachers,the composition of full-time teachers,teaching team building and teacher training in the basic situation.Based on the investigation,it is found that there are problems in the structure of teachers,teachers 'management mechanism,teacher training mechanism and teachers' professional quality in Yunnan private universities.This paper analyzes the causes of the teachers' contingency structure in Yunnan private universities from the perspective of system theory,analyzes the causes of the problems in the management mechanism of private colleges in Yunnan Province from the perspective of the need level theory,from the perspective of learning organization theory An Analysis of the Causes of Teacher Training Mechanism and Teachers' Professional Quality in Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning in Yunnan Province.Finally,based on the theory of the system,this paper puts forward the idea of strengthening the structure,strengthening the system optimization of the teachers' team structure,introducing the competition mechanism,realizing the continuous optimization of the teachers' team structure,creating the excellent external environment of the teachers' team structure to optimize the structure of the teachers;The theory of improving the teacher's incentive mechanism to meet the needs of teachers' physiology and security,the establishment of "people-oriented" teacher evaluation mechanism to meet the needs of teachers social and respect to improve the teacher management mechanism;based on the theory of learning organization to strengthen teacher training,Professional development,building a teacher learning community,to promote the professional development of teachers to build a teacher training system to promote the professional development of teachers.
