In the21st century is the age of information, better educated, with the enrollmentexpansion of colleges and universities of dongfeng, people-run education vigorousdevelopment in yunnan province, become an important force.Run by the local college teachers is the main body of the private higher schools.therefore, building a good political quality, high professional quality, reasonablestructure of the teachers is the key of sustainable development strategy of privatecolleges.Private colleges teachers team construction, teachers should focus on the structureand mechanism of choose and employ persons. First, run by the local structure ofuniversity teachers is long-term development of the private colleges is an importantpremise; Second, private colleges to personnel mechanism of teachers is the key tothe scientific and reasonable teachers’ professional development.
