The development of university teachers is a hot topic in today's society,the quality and level of teachers not only affects the quality of higher education,but also affects the quality of future high-tech talents.Therefore,it is necessary to give different direction for college teachers of different types according to their different location.The more than 600 local colleges will transform to university of applied technology,adapting to the social industry to cultivate applied talents,and regarding the development needs of the industry as the main task.This application of university teachers should clarify its teaching development and professional development goals so as to realize the goal of applied talents.There are 2 main reasons to study the development of applied technology university(academe)teachers in Yunnan province: first,through the literature research university of applied technology combing the teacher development that specific research on teacher development university of applied technology in Yunnan province is relatively small;second,completing the study career at the Yunnan Normal University graduates,wanting to take the opportunity to make their own knowledge as a modest contribution to the study applied technology university teachers in Yunnan province to develop their own.The study on the comprehensive research of the status and problems of the development of teachers,university(academe)of applied technology in Yunnan province through questionnaires and interviews,relevant suggestions are put forward through theoretical exploration and experience based on the reference,in order to achieve the promotion of university(academe)teachers in Yunnan province teaching application technology development and professional development.The research is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the reason of the topic selection,the significance of the research,the domestic and foreign research on the development of university teachers,the definition of the core concept,the researchideas and methods.The second part is theoretical analysis.Firstly,the concept and connotation of university teacher development application technology are reviewed.Secondly,explains the theoretical basis of the development of teachers' university of technology,the development of university teachers' lifelong education theory and learning organization theory and application technology organically,the necessity of development of university teachers application technology demonstration the analysis in theory.Furthermore,expound the basic problems of university teachers' development of application technology,clarify the teacher development and the development of university teachers in colleges and universities application technology,differences and equality between teachers of higher vocational education development and teachers development.Finally,the two dimensions of the hook from the teaching development and professional development the ideal state of teacher development at the university of applied technology.The third part is the research and empirical research.The 4 colleges in Yunnan Province as an example,to understand the current status of university teachers in Yunnan province application technology development,focusing on the existing problems and reasons,further from the empirical point of view about how to strengthen the importance of university teachers in the teaching application technology development and professional.The fourth part,the extraterritorial case study.Mainly selected the Denver Metropolitan State College,Baden Wuerttemberg Career Academy and Hefei University College as a case,through the case of the application of teachers' University of technology development of domestic and foreign research,analyzes objectively the development of teachers of colleges and universities,characteristics with the achievement of summing up the domestic and foreign 3 application development of university teachers,in order to provide experience for the development of university technology teachers in China.The fifth part,countermeasures and suggestions.The author analyzes objectively the outstanding problems in applied technology university teachers in Yunnan province encountered in teaching and professional development,the lifelongeducation and the learning organization theory,combination of foreign teachers' development experience,putting forward the countermeasures to solve the development of teachers university of technology,Yunnan province problem.
