With the development of our economy and the optimization of economic structure,the demand of the talented technical person with high level has become an inevitable trend,on this situation,the idea of constructing universities of applied technology with high level has been put forward.But as a new thing in China,how to break the obstacles of development is becoming a difficulties for Chinese scholars.And as for colleges of applied technology,it is the priority to decipher the factors that influence teachers to be transformed.Based on the perspective of empirical research,by adopting questionnaire survey and field interviews,this study tries to analyze the present situation and problems that teachers may encounter of colleges and universities being transformed.By using the comprehensive way of combination of quantitative and qualitative,the basic research framework of this study is built;as to the tool of statistics,the spss13.0 statistical software is used;By using the method of factor analysis,the subjective factors and objective factors are found out,and at the same time,the relevant conclusions and corresponding policies are put forward.This research is divided into four parts:the first part is the introduction,including the background of research,the significance of research,the definition of related concepts,the theoretical foundation and the related literature review and so on;The second part is the empirical analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of 7 colleges and universities teachers in Wuhan city,including the demographic information of samples,the exploration of the structure of teachers' professional development,the subjective and objective factors of the transition and development and its meaning,and valid analysis of the factors;The third part is the description of the subjective and objective factors which affect teachers' transformation and the analysis of differences between them,namely the influence of different factors on different subjects;The fourth part is the conclusion and thinking.It can be concluded that most of teachers have a positive attitude to the transformation,and most of them also have a high requirement of themselves;But there are still problems to deal with,namely the single source and the unreasonable structure of teachers;the low level of overall teachers;the lack of the ability of scientific researches and professional practices of teachers;As to current colleges being transformed,the construction of practical platforms lags behind and the transformation of teachers is badly influenced;The high workload of teaching add low levels of salary hinder the transformation of teachers;Therefore,our country should perfect the policies and regulations of transformation of colleges and provide the basis for teachers' construction of universities of applied technology;Colleges being transformed should carry out targeted activities to improve teachers' subjective consciousness of self-development;Expand sources of teachers and make a rationalized structure of teachers;Improve the treatment teachers,and perfect the policy of "double abilities of teachers";According to the nature of disciplines,improve the ability of scientific researches and practices of the teacher.
