Along with our country the development of society and the reform of preschool education career,realizing people's satisfaction of early infant education and improving the quality of the preschool education is the urgent need of the development of education enterprise in our country,and one of the key is the promotion and development of infant teachers' professional level.However,it has the present situation of different levels of current infant teachers' professional development in our country,analysis and interpretation of infant ability insufficiency as well as single of evaluation of infants' way,so it needs to adopt a new way to improve the situation of infant teachers' professional development in our country.But the nature of infant teachers' work that determines the infant teachers' professional development is actually a growth in the educational teaching practice,therefore,it is practically advisable to promote the professional development of infant teachers.This article that introduced “learning stories” assessment method is widely used at home and abroad,using action research method,in order to “learning stories” plan-action-question-practice reflection for action process,and the implementation of 10 infant teachers cooperation team Nanchong S lasted eight months of action research,comprehensively using literature method,observation method,interview method and the analysis of research methods,in action to infant teachers' attention,identify,and respond to young for them to write “learning stories” as the research,establishing a “learning stories” and “infant teachers' professional development”,founding that “learning stories” is the important way to promote the development of infant teachers' professional,namely “learning stories” to promote the concept of infant teachers' professional change,the improvement of rich professional knowledge and professional ability.This study is divided into four parts altogether: the first part is introduction,including the selected topic reason,literature review,research purpose and meaning,the concept definition,research methods and research data collection and processing;The second part is about “learning stories” and infant teachers' professional development theory,including “learning stories” characteristics and elements and the reality on the basis of theoretical discussion,also including the “learning stories” and the internal relations of infant teachers' professional development theory;The third part is about action process of “learning stories” to promote the development of infant teachers,including infant teachers using the “learning stories” plan,action,question,reflection and practice of continuity is four specific action process content;The fourth part isabout “learning stories” action to promote the development of infant teachers' professional,including action plan after implementation of action research on the influence of infant teachers,the researchers themselves,the influence of the theory and practice research conclusions and suggestions from three aspects.
