Secondary vocational education has the particularity of vocational education, the goal is for management, service and production line at the beginning of training qualified, intermediate workers, professional man. Class management levels and quality of close relationship with the development of students, at the same time, also affects the quality of school management and education teaching level, but also to the teacher in charge work ability the most direct, the most comprehensive test. Secondary vocational school is different from the ordinary high school class management work. In class management should reflect their professional characteristics of vocational schools, to better adapt to the development of the secondary vocational student needs, and promote the secondary vocational student's healthy development. So, to improve the current status of classroom management in vocational schools, vocational schools in optimization of class management level for secondary vocational education workers to solve the problem. In-depth study and discussion on class management, has important theoretical significance and practical significance.The author based on the teacher in charge work in vocational schools, the frontier,combined with their own work practice, in jiangsu province huaian H in vocational schools as sample, on how to do a good job of class management in vocational schools,has carried on the beneficial attempt and exploration. This paper from four parts. The first part of introduction, mainly about class management the problem put forward the background and research significance, the domestic and foreign research status quo of class management, as well as research ideas and research methods, and key concepts(in vocational schools, class management). The second part of a prototype for the vocational schools in huaian H, through to the head teacher, the student to carry on the questionnaire survey and interviews, the author work reality, class management presentsituation investigation, summarizes the survey results. The third part is the analysis on the problems existing in the H class management in vocational schools, and the cause of the problem analysis.The fourth part put forward to solve the problems of the class management in vocational schools, some optimization strategies: 1. Build a three-dimensional network of class management. Including attention to the class teacher's professional development, the teacher in charge wants to change management ideas, classroom teachers to enhance management consciousness and the sense of responsibility, to enhance students' autonomous consciousness, forming effective home school education resultant force. 2. Establish scientific class management assessment mechanism, mainly including the teacher in charge of the training system, evaluation and incentive system. 3. Improve the level of the headteacher professional ability, the teacher in charge wants to have the ability to guide students' personalized development,guide the benign development class ability, proper use and modern education means the ability of language expression, higher coordination and strain capacity, scientific research innovation ability.
