Study On The Head Teachers' Leadership In The Senior School

The period of high school is a key stage, which is a vital period to decide whether a student can be admitted into their ideal university. The leadership of the head teachers plays a very important role in students developing a correct opinion of life, value and the world. What kind of leadership is suitable for the need of the high school students' development? How should high school head teachers improve their leadership? What are the effective ways to improve their leadership? My study is about the topic. The study is divided into five sections.The first part of the study: The background, the definition of the relevant concepts, the methods of study, the goal and the meaning of the study.The second part of the study: The origin and the presentation of high school head teachers' leadership. The study also analyses the necessity, origin and presentation of the high school head teachers' leadership.The third part of the study: Analyze the reasons for the problems of the present high school head teachers' leadership. Find out that these problems are caused by society, the limitations of the high schools and the teachers themselves.The fourth part of the study: Put forward the effective ways to promote the head teachers' leadership of high school.The fifth part of the study: Explain the weaknesses of the study.
