As a new type of curriculum and educational resources, the "micro class" is gradually coming into the field of educational workers. The important characteristic is that learning time is short and can be repeated watching. High school information technology in this course, the use of micro class for students in the class preview, classroom difficult point analysis, after class learning evaluation to provide a good channel, training students' ability of information technology and good information literacy.This study through the literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, the definition of micro class and autonomous learning the meaning, characteristics and types of clear micro class; the independent learning theory as a guide, through the systematic analysis of the standard and the textbook of high school information technology new curriculum, clear micro class designing the basic procedures of the construction of micro course design model of information technology course in autonomous learning of senior middle school, the theory course of "and" two-dimensional code of practice class "create shape tweening" as an example, the strategy before class, in class and after class three aspects of application of micro lesson in detail. Finally, the micro teaching practice, in order to QZSZ high school one or two classes as the research object, research and analysis of the use of SPSS software, the object of measurement and analysis of pre-test and post, the statistics of the experimental data.The results showed that the high school information technology class using the micro teaching is well applied in the experimental class received good feedback, students' learning achievement has made significant progress, exercise the ability of autonomous learning.
