Universities Students' School Satisfaction And Influence Factors Of Research

Higher education as the main force to foster talents,more experts and scholars in recent years gradually began to research and explore.Student is the foundation of education,so the quality of students also reflects the quality of education.College students' school satisfaction evaluation can bring important influence to the service of higher education,it can be reflected challenges and problems during the development process of higher education in a timely manner,so college students' evaluation of satisfaction experience was as a measure of the higher education quality standards.Form of college students' school satisfaction survey through experience the product quality,service quality,and it also for the further improve the quality of higher education research provides the reference data.This study as college students' school satisfaction as the research content,through the student perspective,understanding our country's college students' satisfaction degree about the process of the experience,and then analysis the influence factor of college students' school satisfaction.First,through the domestic and foreign research of college students' school satisfaction organize relevant research results.Then based on the angle of reality,send college students' school satisfaction questionnaires to college students,to understand the different factors impact on college students' school satisfaction.Using chi-square test and variance analysis for data processing,in order to scientific and objective analysis the factors affecting of college students' school satisfaction for improve the quality of whole product level,service level of higher education in our city.Then find out the problems to be resolved for promote our city personnel exchanges and training.This study's results show that the students of the schools satisfaction basic qualification.Gender,grade,origin of student,professional and school type five demographic variables have influence on college students' school satisfaction evaluation,the grade and school types are the important factors that affect college students' school satisfaction."Students' perceived value" and "self improvement and development" is the most important element affect overall school satisfaction.The element "image of school" affects overall school satisfaction is minimal.College students' school satisfaction with no significant difference in gender and origin of student.The higher grade the lower satisfaction.The satisfaction degree of the social sciences and the college students of ordinary university needs to be strengthened,the male college students and origin of student from rural about the important cognitive of students' school satisfaction should enhance.Ordinary university social sciences professional class rural students of senior boys with low satisfaction evaluation and low importance cognition need various universities take targeted measures to improve the degree of satisfaction.
