Distinction And Integration

As the number of the minority floating population in urban communities increases,the research on the minority floating population settlement has become a hot topic in academia.And many scholars were inclined to study this topic from the perspective of integration,mainly starting from a single subject,to discuss the possibility of integration between minority floating population and community.However,according to the field investigation,I found that between minority floating population settlement and community existed distinction that can not been ignored,including living space's distinction,cultural distinction,institutional distinction.If we do not make a multi-angle analysis of the existing distinction phenomena and causes,the integration of minority floating population and urban communities will lose basis.This paper consists of six parts.In the first part of the paper,I introduces the research origin and significance,research summary,research methods.The second part mainly introduces the field introduction,especially about the garden which minority floating population lives together in the community.The third part focus on a phenomenon of distinction about the community living space of the minority floating population,including their profile of the private living space,and their cognition and interaction to the community public space.Through a description to the courtyard house which minorities prefer to live in the community named Shangxiyuan,we can more directly find the distinction between minority floating population and community.The fourth part mainly describes the status quo of the floating population with other inhabitants in the community.Through the description of their communication methods and contents,the paper points out the limitation of their communication and present a situation of cohesion.What's more,this part also talks about the culture of differences between minority floating population and the urban community.The fifth part discusses the failure of management between minority floating population and community managers,showing us a more intuitive picture of distinction.The sixth part of the article,I summed up the distinction between minority floating population and the community named Shangxiyuan,and pointed out the integration factors under distinction,then put forward some relevant recommendations of community integration.
