The Social Work Practice Of Muslim Floating Population Community Integration

Into the 21 st century,The large number of floating population migration is the most significant population phenomenon in the process of industrialization and urbanization in China.The growth trend of the floating population is irresistible,The choice for the inflow of the region is no longer the nearest principle,But more inclined to choose large and medium-sized cities.Guangzhou as one of China's most developed provinces,The number of foreign population is always in the forefront of the country,Which includes a large number of Muslim migrants.The social support for the Muslim population is the meaning of building the government,But also the focus of attention in the field of social work.In this paper,social interaction theory,social support theory and community development theory as the support,the five dimensions of psychological adaptation,economic security,social support network,community participation and custom of customs are selected,As a research point for the integration of Muslim migrant communities.Taking the situation of the Muslim migrant population community in Guangzhou East Street as an example,According to the author's practice in the social work of the National District of Guangzhou City,the use of community social work professional methods,through several in-depth interviews,participation in observation,questionnaire survey and other research methods,get a lot of first-hand information.This paper analyzes the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of community integration in Guangzhou,and in-depth analysis of the reasons leading to the difficulties of its community integration,and the problem of the integration of Muslim mobile population communities in the East Street,the use of community social work law to carry out the "create" clean,clean,safe,orderly "halal noodle shop","Charm Yangcheng impression of Lingnan" ethnic minority culture trip ","Blooming voice-a large minority art show","fire drill","Parent-child games","Light up the ancient state,love you and me"and other targeted activities,And carried out professional evaluations of the activities,results,and inspections of these activities.Finally,based on the correct understanding and handling of this major problem,It is concluded that the population of Muslim migrants in our country is low,The need for professional social work,including all aspects of the joint efforts of the community,In particular,the project of the National House type is of great significance to the resolution of the problem.
