After the core literacy is put forward,the basic education puts forward higher requirements for classroom teaching,which requires the reform and optimization of teaching mode.The 5E Teaching mode is consistent with the curriculum concept of the biology curriculum standard of general high school(2017 Edition),which has been widely promoted and implemented in middle schools.However,a series of problems in the implementation of teaching make the 5E Teaching mode not play its due practical value.Therefore,in order to standardize the problems in the use of 5E Teaching mode,and give full play to the advantages of the teaching mode in senior high school biology classroom teaching,it is necessary to carry out the application research of 5E Teaching mode.Starting from the research status of 5E Teaching Mode at home and abroad,this study summarizes the operation procedures,realization conditions,teaching objectives,evaluation system and relevant theories of 5E Teaching mode research through consulting literature,so as to provide rich theoretical basis for the research.By using various research methods,such as education investigation and classroom observation,through teacher interview,student paper and pencil test,classroom observation,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of implementing 5E Teaching Mode in biology classroom teaching of G middle school in Yantai District,Fushan City.Then,comprehensively and deeply reveals the problems existing in the current 5E Teaching mode,mainly including the incomprehensible understanding and operation of the nature of the teaching mode,The procedure is not standardized and the target evaluation is not in place.Based on the problems existing in the current 5E Teaching Mode of G middle school,this paper puts forward some improvement countermeasures.First of all,we use the method of questionnaire to screen and match the knowledge related to the 5E Teaching Mode;then,we summarize the relevant lessons applicable to the 5E Teaching Mode in the new compulsory teaching version;finally,based on the improvement of students' scientific inquiry ability,we put forward the specific improvement measures for each link of the 5E Teaching in the classroom teachingprocess.In order to make the research more practical and reference value,the improvement measures of 5E Teaching mode are carried out in G middle school,and teaching experiment research is carried out;through teacher interview,student paper and pencil test and classroom observation,the pre-test and post test comparative analysis are carried out respectively from students' classroom performance,learning achievement and scientific inquiry ability,so as to verify the improvement measures of 5E Teaching Mode in actual teaching Validity in learning.The experimental results show that the experimental class is superior to the control class in terms of classroom performance,learning achievement change and scientific inquiry ability.Finally,the application of 5E Teaching Model in senior high school biology teaching is prospected from the research time,research scope,research content and influencing factors.
