| The importance of education is unquestionable at all times and is becoming more important with the progress of human society.Although China’s government at all levels has always attached importance to the work of rural education and rural teachers,because of the impact of China’s urban and rural economy and dual structure,and the lack of rural teachers’ security system,the construction of rural teachers in China has lagged behind,and caught in the no progress or even fall back development dilemma.Therefore,how to improve the quality of rural teachers through effective measures and means is the urgent problem to be solved in the construction of rural teachers.This paper based on the social survey,make a systematic study on the problems,causes and improvement strategies of rural teachers in Fengning County,so as to provide reference for the government decision-making of Fengning County and China’s rural teachers.In this paper,the rural teachers as the starting point,the construction of rural teachers as the main line of study,and the village teachers in fengning county,hebei province as a concrete research object.In this paper,analyzed the current situation of domestic and foreign research,combined with the actual situation of Fengning County in Hebei Province,the questionnaire survey method and field interview method were used to carry out the investigation,and the results were qualitatively analyzed and quantitatively analyzed.It is found that the problems of rural teachers in Fengning County include five sides that the problems of rural teachers ’preparation and job evaluation is obvious,the teaching environment and teaching ability of rural teachers are low,the compensation of rural teachers is low,the structure of rural teachers is obviously different and rural teachers’ brain drain is seriously.In some way,it reflects some common problems of rural education in our country and leads to the slow development of rural education.So we should to explore the reasons and find countermeasures.So this paper analyzes the dilemmas and causes of the construction of the rural teachers in Fengning County,then puts forward the relevant improvement strategies,including improving the funding mechanism of the rural teachers’ team construction,improving the internal managementmechanism of the rural teachers team,increasing the specialization of the rural teachers development path,and improving the rural teachers team performance evaluation system and the rural teachers of the professional recognition.Hoping through these ways to improve the construction of rural teachers in Fengning County,while improving the overall level of education in the region. |
