China is an agricultural country on which its rural people live scatter. The economy of China develops slowly and students from the rural areas still remain as the targeted education focus of our country. Although primary and secondary schools have enjoyed great achievement in recent year, so many problems occur now and then in the rural education. Especially moral education in the rural areas lag behind, the phenomenon of"Emphasizing Intellectual Education and Depressing on Moral Education" prevails,and the teacher's team building is unsatisfied for us. Rural schools lack of teachers,short of moral education teachers and superficial recognition of the rural family resulted in the problems of the rural students. The problems deserve our analysis and settlement. How to strengthen the moral education in the rural secondary schools and how to build a moral education teacher team has become the issue which need our main focus. This thesis centers around the Sha Yang County rural secondary school moral education teacher team building, and makes analysis and raising the own opinion of the author. The thesis can be divided into four parts.The first part: Importance of strengthening Sha Yang County rural secondary school moral education team building. This part will make discussion of the impact from exam-oriented education, rural secondary school seeks an unduly high growth rate of"secondary school graduation to junior school" while turns a blind eye to comprehensive development of students resulted in the lagging of rural education development. Country,Society, School, Teachers, and Parents should make deep introspection and realize the importance and necessity of moral education.The second part: Discussion about the current situation of Sha Yang County rural secondary moral education teacher team building. Through making a survey of the 15 secondary rural schools in Sha Yang, we can find the lag behind in education mode, low quality of the professional teaching and marks-oriented can limit the development of rural moral education development.The third part: Research the reasons why Sha Yang County rural moral education lagging behind and by further making the research we can find the reasons are due to so many reasons. Discipline Marginalization, Social less concerned; Teacher's high attention in the theory education; Neglect of the Ministry of Education and Schools.Those factors deeply influence Sha Yang County Moral Education development.The fourth part: Providing optimized policies for the Sha Yang County rural secondary moral education teacher's team building. Enlarge the expense in the rural education, improve the welfare of teachers, make good allocation of the urban and rural teachers, and strengthen teachers' professional faith and so on.
