Since Premier Li Keqiang encouraged people to do business creatively and drive innovation in Davos forum,to start a business has been a hot topic.More and more college students respond to our nation's call to start their own businesses. In order to solve the employment pressure on college students, colleges and universities are trying to promote employment through entrepreneurship.Against a background,we need to think about how to effectively carry out entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and how to improve the entrepreneurial intention of college students. Therefore, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention has become a focus of academic research in recent years. This paper takes those college students who study in Guangzhou as research objects, and introduces educational background as a moderating variable,in an attempt to explore the effects of entrepreneurship education on college students' entrepreneurial intention.Entrepreneurship education is divided into four dimensions: entrepreneurial psychological quality, entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial awareness.Educational background is mainly focused on three dimensions: educational differences, professional differences and school level differences. This paper assumes that entrepreneurship education and its four dimensions have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention, and educational background and its three dimensions have a moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention.During the study, using literature research methods, collecting and reading a lot domestic and foreign literature on entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention, relevant research results were summarized and collated.Through questionnaires, data was collected. The author then uses SPSS to carry on the descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and regulation analysis to test the hypothesis. The results show that entrepreneurship education and its four dimensions have a positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention of college students, and the educational background and its three dimensions have regulatory effects(undergraduate students have a stronger influence on the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention than postgraduate students and junior college students;compared with other majors, students of science and engineering have stronger influence on the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention;the students from “211” universities have a stronger influence on the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions than ordinary college students). Those hypotheses are verified at last. Finally, according to the research results, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for colleges and universities, and points out the limitations of this study and future research prospects. The entrepreneurship education as a multi-dimensional variable supports the positive influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention of college students. This research is different from those scholars who put entrepreneurship education as a single dimension variable and this expands the scope of entrepreneurship education research. In addition,to study entrepreneurial intention, most researchers focus on entrepreneurs. This paper takes the college students as research object to test the theory of entrepreneurial intention model,to a certain extent, and to broaden the perspective of the existing entrepreneurial intention.
