With the development of national economy and the improvement of social economy,the social environment faced by primary and middle school students has become more complex and diverse than ever.Especially,junior middle school students need to pay special attention to the environment where parents' supervision is relaxed and their social prevention psychology is not strong.The complex external environment also brings more confusion and challenges to their psychological development,resulting in some psychological problems.Junior high school is an important stage that has the greatest impact on social attention,because students in this stage are not only an important period for all aspects of development,but also an important period for shaping students' psychological quality and character.At present,the main way of mental health education for junior high school students in China is taught by school teachers.At the same time,the general trend of domestic education and schools is to classify this routine work into the course of morality and rule of law,Moreover,it is very vulnerable to the influence of examination oriented education in China,and the understanding of mental health education is insufficient.This research mainly focuses on the current situation and problems of mental health education in moral and rule of law class for teachers in W middle school in Urumqi.In junior middle school,it carries out the shaping of junior middle school students' mental health and analyzes the inner activities of junior middle school students' mental health in moral and rule of law education class,so as to expect to complete the teaching objectives set by the school for teachers,It can also truly cultivate students' self judgment ability and views,and shape healthy psychological conditions.This paper will be studied and analyzed according to several parts.The first part is the introduction,which first describes the theoretical and practical basis and significance of this paper,and then analyzes the current situation at home and abroad,as well as the key points,difficulties and innovative directions encountered in the research process.The second part is the relevant theoretical basis and core overview of this study.The main content expounds the concepts and definitions of morality and rule of law and mental health education.It also expounds the necessity and feasibility of mental health education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.The third part discusses the specific problems and causes of mental health education in the course of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.The fourth part is about how to carry out effective mental health education in the course of morality and rule of law in middle school.The fifth part is mainly combined with the case study of mental health education in moral and rule of law class in junior middle school,so as to provide some reference for follow-up researchers in related fields.
