The current national economic society is in rapid industrial transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure transformation stage,from labor-intensive to technology intensive,urgently needs a lot of high level and high quality applied talents;at the same time,the rapid development of China's higher education popularization,the number of college graduates have been increasing rapidly every year,college students employment difficult problem of the widespread concern of society but more and more difficult.On the one hand,it is becoming more and more difficult for college graduates to obtain jobs.On the one hand,we can not find suitable high-quality skilled personnel in all walks of life in china.It shows that the contradiction between the current structure of higher education and the structure of industrial development leads to the structural problem of College Students' job market.At present,the technical level of students trained in our colleges is relatively low,and the professional foundation is relatively weak.Graduates can hardly think deeply and upgrade their skills to advanced levels.Although the state and the government has constantly strengthened efforts and attention on the occupation education development,but the graduates of higher vocational colleges to foster the development of the situation is not very ideal,therefore the application type undergraduate education establishment construction delay.The Ministry of education in 2014 work report pointed out that,to accelerate the transformation of development in local colleges and universities and colleges in transition to start a pilot application,for the development of Applied Undergraduate Colleges bear,the state selected local colleges and universities.But at present,how to guide the transformation of local regular undergraduate colleges?
