The nature of private schools is "private" rather than "public",and the special nature affects all aspects of private school,Private teachers have a low sense of professional identity,their legitimate rights and interests are not guaranteed,leading to teachers' procrastination unconsciously in the work,unstable emotions,as well as the lack of a sense of accomplishment and the frequent flow of jobs,and even serious physical and mental problems.On the whole,this research is the category of teacher burnout.Compared with other types of institutions,the probability and severity of occupational burnout of secondary vocational teachers are much higher than other types.The study found that the main cause of high occupational burnout comes from three aspects :Social environment,working environment and teachers themselves.From the overall social environment,firstly reason of survival difficulties is that the inclination of the national policy is not enough.In addition,the country's strong support for public schools in recent years has also increased the difficulty coefficient of private schools in the competition.The difficult development of the school led directly to the teacher's personal growth and career development.Secondly,the rights and interests of private secondary vocational school teachers are lack of effective protection and supervision,the legitimate rights and interests of teachers can not be guaranteed.Thirdly,too high expectations of the public bring higher psychological stress to the teachers.Lastly,compared with public schools,private teachers got lower income and welfare,lower living standards caused mentality imbalance.From the working environment,firstly,the lack of students leaded the difficulty of school management,in order to maintain normal operation,the school is bound to try to squeeze the school investment,the way of the management is not flexible,owing not to promote the "rule by law" quickly,the legitimate rights and interests of teachers can not be guaranteed.Secondly,the arrangement of majors of private secondary vocational school is lack of characteristic,which results to less attractiveness.Enrollment difficulties caused less interest,directly resulting that the welfare of teachers is low.Thirdly,long working time and heavy workload caused physical and mental fatigue.The working state is in a cumbersome,tedious and high load;manyteachers are eager to change their environment to quit,but are suffered from no suitable opportunities,and are prone to breed occupational burnout in the long tangle.Lastly,owing to a wide range of poor learning of the students,in the process of teaching,teachers need to pay more effort.From the teacher's own point of view,mainly owing that the self-positioning of many teachers is not correct and in a state of confusion,which is lack of career development and planning,the judgment of the employment environment is not accurate,the phenomenon of high expectations is easy to appear.They have no sense of prevention for job burnout,and can not judge and adjust themselves status timely.The study shows that the level of teaching and the rapid development of the school is directly affected by the teacher's professional burnout,if not effectively control and reduce the problem of job burnout?At present,the research on teacher burnout is mainly focused on the field of culture and education.There are not many studies on the field of vocational education;what's more,there are fewer studies on the job burnout of private secondary vocational teachers.The author took the teacher of Yunnan Urban Construction Vocational College as the objects of investigation,did a research by the questionnaire and interviews,used "private","middle school" as the starting point,based on the mode of running schools,the current running situation,the developmental bottleneck and the welfare of teachers,analyze the status quo of private secondary vocational teachers ' job burnout,found out the reasons and Sum up the specific reasons,finally put forward methods and countermeasures.
