With the continuous deepening of the reform of educational management and moral education in primary school,the formative education,as an important part of primary education,has been paid more and more attention.In primary education,good nurturance education can improve the students' independent consciousness,strengthen the students' self-management ability,and it also can lay a good foundation for students to study in middle school.Based on the 6S management behavior habit,scholarly family in the elementary school campus as an example,the application of combined with the primary scholarly family,to develop education in the process of case analysis,and on the discussion typicality of attribution and countermeasures,detailed induction and summary from the 6 S management theory and the elementary school form the related theory of education,and puts forward several feasible and constructive method and scheme,aimed at develop students' good learning habits and behavior,as well as improve the teachers' scientific and reasonable methods and skills,improve the effect of cultivation education.In this paper,the research can be based on the reality in Chinese primary school as an example of a family of scholar,the scholarly family in sorting,reorganization,cleaning,cleaning,quality and safety related management study,better promote form the implementation of education.
