Research On The Present Situation And Influence Factors Of Collenge Students' Entrepreneurship Intention In Yunnan Provience

On the one hand,college students' entrepreneurship can alleviate the employment pressure of college students.On the other hand,it can promote the development of national and regional economic.At present,the autonomy rate and success rate is very low and entrepreneurial behavior is affected by entrepreneurial intentions.The study on the entrepreneurial intention and its influencing factors of college students in Yunnan Province provides the theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Yunnan Province and promoting the entrepreneurial behavior of college students in Yunnan Province.This paper finds out that there are many factors influencing the entrepreneurial intention of college students,but the research status of college students' entrepreneurial intention is not much.By summarizing the previous research results,this paper summarizes the influencing factors and entrepreneurial intention of influencing college students' entrepreneurial intention,and the factors are the individual background,individual characteristics,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial environment.The purpose of this paper is to study the current situatcion of college students' entrepreneurial intention in Yunnan Province and the influence of these four factors on the entrepreneurial intention of Yunnan college students.Based on the mature entrepreneurial intention measurement questionnaire and the preliminary forecast at home and abroad,this paper prepared a questionnaire to study the university students in Yunnan Province as a research object.This paper distributed 800 questionnaires and collected 721 valid questionnaires,using SPSS18 data For processing and analysis.Through the data analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: Firstly,the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Yunnan is at a moderate level.Secondly,the gender of individual background factors,the entrepreneurial situation of family members and the acceptance of entrepreneurship education have significantly affected the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Yunnan Province.Thirdly,the entrepreneurial self-efficacy factors in the entrepreneurial ability,team management,the relationship between the coordination effect of Yunnan University students significantly affect the entrepreneurial intention;the fifth,the entrepreneurial intention of the entrepreneurial environment in the social,family and collegeenvironment of entrepreneurial environmental factors has a significant impact on the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Yunnan province.In order to improve the entrepreneurial intention of college students in Yunnan Province and to promote more students to change their intentions into action.On the basis of empirical research,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from four aspects: improving college students' own business consciousness and ability,optimizing social entrepreneurial environment,changing traditional family education mode and optimizing college education system.
