The school sports as a strategic focus on the development of China's sports undertakings,while shouldering the historical mission of cultivating talents of all-round development for the society.In the process of the implementation of the school sports policy,the effective implementation of the policy is the key to enhance the physical fitness of students.The strategy behavior of target groups,analysis of the causes of their behavior,provide advice to guide the target groups to correct behavior,effectively implement the school sports policy,to effectively strengthen with a reference meaning for students' physical health,promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of school sports in china.The Middle School of Nanchong city as an example,the integrated use of literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,in-depth study on the concept,the school sports policy target group strategy behavior influence strategy behavior factors etc.The main conclusions are:1)The students in the classroom of physical dimensions,the sports classroom happened resistance behaviors is relatively low;escape behavior is more serious,the majority of students apply for probation by an excuse,late or leave early to avoid physical education;absent-minded class imitate perfunctory behavior and without the teacher's permission to alter in accordance with their own ideas to change the tasks assigned by the teacher is the most serious.2)Extracurricular physical exercise for students in the dimensions of extracurricular physical exercise has a lower proportion of resistance behavior;escape behavior is more serious,most of the students through the sports meet a large amount of exercise will leave to escape the extracurricular physical exercise;students in extracurricular physical exercise behavior occurred perfunctory is most serious,often do class-break setting-up exercise action at the highest proportion of behavior.3)Physical health monitoring dimension,students flexibility in physical health monitoring is relatively low;perfunctory behavior is severe,most of the students through random treat physical monitoring,and do not do their best to cope with the physical health test.4)The target group of daily exercise time is only to reduce the impact of extracurricular physical exercise training groups to alter the layout of the teachers;each strategy has a significant effect on the target group of weekly exercise frequency,the higher the frequency of presentation strategy behavior,the number of weekly exerciseless;the frequency of occurrence of more strategic behavior characteristics of the lower students exercise every week the.Only an excuse for sports class probation escape behavior and opposition sports cadres and teachers to resist behavior has no significant effect on the physical health of the target group,perfunctory behavior and flexible behavior occurrence frequency is high,the health level of the target group for less than a pass or more cases.5)The target group of factors that influence its strategy behavior,the importance of physical education teachers target groups have their own interest in physical exercise,teaching attitude,professional level and quality and facilities allocation in the top three.The guidance of the strategic behavior of the target group is mainly:1)Motivate the target groups to participate in the design activities;2)Adjust the target group cognition to form positive behavior;3)Guide the students to understand sports spirit;4)Strengthen the teachers' professional skills and attention ability;5)Strengthen the rational use of incentive means to guide behavior.
