With the rapid development of economy,people's pressure of occupation gradually increased.‘Job Burnout' begins to spread in every industry in china.Qing Dao H College,as a private university,also exists this phenomenon.The teachers of Qing Dao H College plays an important role in education,teaching,administration and management,faced with the pressure of scientific research project and professional title evaluation.Moreover,they also have the problem of poor wages,social status and social security system.Therefore,teachers' job burnout must be appeared,such as emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and the reduction of personal accomplishment.The teachers' job burnout directly affects the quality of teaching,the longterm develop ment of students and school.Consequently,the most pressing matter of the moment for school human resource management is to explore methods of effective prevention and treatment to the problem of teachers' job burnout.EAP(Employee Assistance Program)as a human resource management method,is widely used in domestic and foreign enterprises,the diversification of services,the humanized service method has a good effect on prevention of employee occupation burnout,but in private colleges are fresh field.The author analyses the present situation and caus es of teachers' occup ation burnout o f Qing Dao H College On the basis of research learning,discusses the necessity and the feasibility of Qing Dao H College into the EAP,and learn from successful enterprise using the EAP experience,will eventually EAP project identified as a method to improve the teacher soccupa ti on burnout of Qing Dao H College.Using EAP to give teachers a professional help from the psychological and physiological aspects,and improve the situation of teachers' job burnout,then the school's teaching and development will be improved.In order to guarantee the effective implementation of the Qing Dao H College of EAP,first of all to the recognition and support for the school's top manage ment,to improve the willingness to implement school management and teachers.The introduction of the needs assessment and the propaganda work must be get ready before EAP came into the school.The guarantee mechanism of EAP implementation should be established,the EAP service content and service mode should be expanded,the internal EAP and external EAP as the service model should be constructed.Finally,using EAP to improve teachers' job burnout in QingDao H College.
