The teacher occupation burnout is directly related to the quality of teaching in schools and the quality of education, it is of great significance. Occupation burnout through effective way to survey teachers, and make effective improvement measures for related factors, is an important problem that educators need to explore.Using the method of case analysis summarizes the status of L Career Technical College employee occupation burnout and the existing problems, and based on the relevant theoretical research to explore the reasons for L college staff occupation burnout, the lack of occupation development clear cognition, not to establish a scientific compensation system, performance appraisal and lack of school culture, guiding function is weak etc.. Aiming at the above problems management strategies and measures, so as to achieve the effective improvement of occupation burnout L College staff.In this paper, the theory and management practice, in-depth analysis of the system of occupation burnout problems in L college staff, and from the occupation development, salary system, performance evaluation and school culture, and proposes some suggestions for managers. The article for the effective reduction of L school employee occupation burnout has good practical significance, but also provides the theoretical analysis and empirical comprehensive reference for other colleges and universities to carry out relevant research employee occupation burnout.
