| Some requirements have been expressed about the children’s ability to adapt in the health and social field of “Guideline to the Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6”.One of the goals of the health field is some abilities to adapt be possessed by children.It requires that 3-4 years old children can adapt to the collective life quickly with the help of adult.One of the goals of the society field is children are interested in collective life and love it.It requires that 3-4 years old children interested in collective life and are curious about the kindergarten life and like kindergarten.Good life adaptation is the beginning of a new life in kindergarten for the children.The most important thing is life adaptation to the children aged 3-4 just entering kindergarten.How to guide children to adapt to kindergarten’s life is a very important thing to Teachers and parents who as the most important educators of the children.This article study on the life maladaptation in the children from the reception class from the perspective of humanistic education,including the analysis about children’s manifestation of life adaptation,various influence factors and teacher’s strategies,in order to give some humanistic education suggests.The first part of this article mainly includes the origin and significance of the topic,the definition of the core concepts,theoretical basis of the research,literature review and research design about this article.The main part of this article is the second chapter and the third chapter.The second chapter mainly introduced the basic situation of kindergarten S in Shenzhen.It is mainly presented by two dimensionalities: self life adaption and collective life adaption.Based on two dimensionalities,researchers analyzed the influence factors about the children life adaption in kindergarten.The third part presented teachers and parents’ intervention to some individual children.The researcher chooses and analyzes three cases from the class which was observed and the cases are the most representative ones such as crying in the morning,eating difficulty and nap difficulty.The fourth chapter analyzes about the influence factors from the aspects of kindergarten,family and the level of family-kindergarten cooperation.And every aspect is divided into several specific factors to analyze.The fifth chapter is based on the theory of humanistic education and makes humanistic education suggests from the aspects of kindergarten,family and the level of family-kindergarten cooperation.The kindergarten support strategy is explained from the aspects of educational concept,the kindergarten environment and activity organization strategy.Family support strategy is explained from the aspects of preparatory work before entering kindergarten,the consolidation and adjustment work after entering kindergarten.Improving the level of family-kindergarten cooperation is explained from the aspects of formulating scientific and rational family-kindergarten cooperation system,improving the actual effect of family education and carrying out family-kindergarten cooperation education activities actively.The last part is epilogue.First of all,this research is summarized.And then followed by the reflection to this study from the deficiencies of the research methods and research process,in order to pave the way for the related studies from theory and practice in the future.All in all,the humanistic education concept insisting on putting children on the center position,realizing unconditional attention to the children,paying attention to children’s own realization,emphasizing the integrality and differences of the education,the application of it in the period of children’s adaption to kindergarten has important significance to finishing children’s life adaption in kindergarten and promoting the healthy growth of the children. |
